The MASC Officershop is a day-long conference designed to train Student Council Officers in their positions and teach students valuable leadership skills. Delegates will attend general sessions and two workshops where they will work with fellow officers from across the Commonwealth. The day is a valuable to the training that is needed to take Student Council Officers to the next level of leadership.

Officershop will be held at Middleborough High School.

After the opening general session, students attend two different workshops led by MASC Student Executive Board Members and designed to improve their ability to serve as Student Council Officers. Student Council Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Secretaries are asked to attend special workshops led by the corresponding MASC Officer. At the conclusion of the workshops students attend a closing general session.
